M2M Workshop: HR Round Table
On-the-Job Training, Upskilling & Reskilling Frontline Employees
Join the Columbus Area Chamber of Commerce for our Quarterly HR Roundtable, hosted in partnership with Human Soul. This interactive session brings HR professionals, business leaders, and people managers together to discuss current human resources topics impacting today’s workplaces.
Our June session will focus on one of the biggest challenges facing employers today: creating meaningful development pathways for frontline and shop floor employees. While many organizations invest in apprenticeships and leadership training, fewer have structured programs that help hourly or entry-level workers understand how to grow, advance, and earn more within the company.
We’ll discuss practical approaches to on-the-job training, upskilling, and reskilling, and how to clearly map career progression so employees can see what’s required to move into technical or leadership roles.
This roundtable is designed to be highly collaborative, allowing participants to exchange ideas, share what’s working (and what’s not), and learn from the experiences of others in the local business community.
Attend in person or virtually and leave with actionable strategies to strengthen your internal talent pipeline.
Ideal for: HR professionals, operations leaders, and managers responsible for workforce development.
