Columbus, IN – December 19, 2025 – Journey North Care Management is proud to announce the appointment of Sukie Decker as its new Community Liaison. In this role, Decker will serve as the vital connection between Journey North Care Management and the communities it supports, fostering partnerships, enhancing outreach, and ensuring that individuals and families have access to the resources they need.
With a strong background in community engagement and advocacy, Decker brings a wealth of experience in building meaningful relationships and promoting collaborative thinking. Her appointment underscores Journey North Care Management’s commitment to strengthening ties with healthcare providers, senior living communities, families and clients.
