Indianapolis, IN — May 1, 2025 — Acción Performance, a Morales Group company, announced today the acquisition of MAVPAK Warehousing, a move that significantly expands the company’s supply chain and fulfillment capabilities. The acquisition reflects Acción’s long-term growth strategy and deepens its commitment to providing customizable, scalable solutions for its clients.

Acción Performance specializes in end-to-end supply chain services, including kitting, packaging, FBA prep, and 3PL fulfillment, offering flexible pricing models to meet a variety of operational demands. With the addition of MAVPAK Warehousing, Acción will now expand its service offerings to include direct-to-consumer fulfillment, full pallet storage, and a broader range of value-added services.

As part of the acquisition, Mike Parsley, Director of Operations, and Tony Boris, Vice President of Sales at MAVPAK, will join the Acción Performance team along with twenty-three teammates from the MAVPAK Warehousing team. Together, the combined teams bring more than 20–25 years of industry experience, ensuring a seamless transition and an even greater level of service for clients.
