Responsibilities:

  • Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and cleanliness.

  • Manage inventory, ordering, and food costs.

  • Lead and train kitchen staff, maintaining a positive team environment.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Assist in menu planning and execution of breakfast, lunch, sandwiches, pasta, and pastries.

Requirements:

  • Previous kitchen management or supervisory experience.
