What you’ll do
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be a key partner to the General Manager, helping lead the restaurant to success. You will:
- Lead by Example – Support daily operations in both the front and back of house. Provide outstanding guest experiences through effective shift management.
- Inspire the Team – Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-energy work environment. Motivate and coach team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Support Training & Development – Help onboard and grow team members.Train and develop team members in food handling, customer service, and operational procedures.
- Drive Results – Help manage labor, food cost, and quality standards to meet performance goals.
- Oversee cash handling processes and ensure accurate financial transactions.
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and equipment.
Preferred qualifications
- Background in fine dining or casual dining settings.
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on training & development of staff .
- Strong communication and team-building skills.
- A hands-on approach and willingness to work in all areas of the restaurant.
- A passion for hospitality and guest service.
- A desire to grow into a General Manager role.
- Ability to pass a background screening.
