Join the Columbus Area Chamber of Commerce for our Quarterly HR Roundtable, hosted in partnership with Human Soul. This interactive session brings HR professionals, business leaders, and people managers together to discuss current human resources topics impacting today’s workplaces.

As the year wraps up, our December roundtable will focus on performance reviews, what’s working, what isn’t, and how to make next year’s process better. Many organizations struggle with reviews that feel outdated, time-consuming, or ineffective. This session will center on practical, tangible ideas to improve feedback systems, simplify processes, and create evaluations that actually support employee growth and engagement.

Participants will share their current approaches, discuss challenges, and brainstorm improvements in an open, collaborative environment designed to spark real solutions.
