Flu Clinic with Sage Direct Care
Be prepared this season and get your flu shot!
The Columbus Area Chamber and Sage Direct Care invite you to join us for a flu vaccine clinic on Friday, September 29th. Walk-in appointments from 11am to 1pm with Megan Mathews, RN from Sage Direct Care.
If you would like a scheduled appointment, please call Megan at 812-308-4594 or register with the Chamber for a walk-in slot.
Flu vaccines will be available for any Chamber Member and their immediate family, 6 months or older. Vaccines can be billed to your insurance if available or $25 cash pay.
